Overview

The attached policy outlines the terms and conditions of use for a Purchasing Card (or P-Card).

The purpose of the card is to be used for business expenses incurred on behalf of the Company within the approved transaction limit and card limit set for you. The Card can be used for all purchases of low value services and non-stock items only. 


FAQ's

How do I get a P-Card?
You will need to complete all of the attached forms and email them along with a copy of your drivers licence and/or passport to fraedom@thewarehouse.co.nz 

My P-Card is not working, how do I order a new one?
Email fraedom@thewarehouse.co.nz  and let them know that it is not working. They will be able to help you with getting a new one.
